Bob has been the President and Operating Officer of Apeiron for the last ten years plus, since he purchased it from the previous owner. Bob has the overall management responsibility for our brokerage company, and has taken it from a three person office to the top business brokerage firm in Arizona. Bob has an extensive background in management, having begun his career as an engineer with Westinghouse and over a 30 year period, holding executive positions with Westinghouse, General Tire and Tube Investments, Ltd., a British holding company. During the early 1980's, Bob set out on his own by acquiring his first privately held company, a plastics manufacturing firm in Florida. Since that time, he has owned and operated many companies from manufacturing to service companies in several States, as well as real estate investments. He has held a majority interest in as many as five firms in 1990. As a successful business owner who has acquired, sold or merged several businesses for his own account, Bob lends his expertise in the areas of deal structure and financing as well as merger and acquisition engagements for Apeiron.

With over 29 years experience in the business brokerage/commercial real estate arena Dean excels in providing sellers and buyers with the service and results they need and expect. Dean has been involved in transactions as small as $50,000 and those with prices in the millions. Having experience with all types of business in the past, if there is a deal to be made, he can create a solution that will be acceptable to the parties involved. Following his formal education, both under-graduate and post-graduate at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA. Dean entered the garment industry for several years in both partnership and complete ownership capacities. After selling his company in 1980, he entered the business brokerage/commercial real estate market. He has extensive expertise in business administration, finance, general management and consumer relations. Dean is a dedicated professional who is service driven, ethical and results oriented.

Graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1984, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Mark began a 20 year career with United Parcel Service. He began his UPS service as a sorter in the Las Vegas Hub and over the year’s progressed into various management positions in a variety of departments including, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Development, Quality Control, Congressional Awareness and Package Operations, just to name a few. Corporate burnout sat in, so in 2002 Mark purchased a small Arizona delivery company called Global Services of Arizona. After years of steady growth, Mark sold the business. He utilized the services of Apeiron Investment, Inc. in both the purchase and sale of Global Services of Arizona. In July of 2011, Mark joined the team at Apeiron Investments, Inc. as a Business Intermediary. Together with Mark’s experience in corporate management and small business ownership gives him a vast range of expertise that will be of great value in the sale or acquisition of a business.

Born and raised in Western Canada, Clay seized the opportunity to relocate to and continue his education and athletics in the United States after High School. He attended Gavilin Jr. College in Gilroy, California, and continued his schooling in Flagstaff Arizona at Northern Arizona University in the under Graduate and Graduate programs in the School of Business. After an injury ending short career in professional football Clay has settled into and has had a long line of successful appointments during his business profession. Initially starting out his professional career as a Commodity Broker i the mid eighties with Merrill Lynch he moved on to various opportunities in Sales and Marketing Management in various industries. Clay has worked in the Sales and Marketing field for over 25 years in several national firms, start-up companies and has also operated his own successful management consulting business. Over the years Clay has held such positions as, Territory manager, Region Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, SR. VP of Sales, SR. VP of Marketing, Divisional President, President & CEO and has on three occasions served on Boards as a Director. Clay has also volunteered his time and experience to several non profit and charity organizations over the years. Clay's extensive management background provides him with many of the attributes and skills needed to work closely with clients and customers in determining a business's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, both existing and potential, to assess a business's value points. Acquiring or selling a business entity can be a very exciting and anxious time for an Investor, Buyer and / or Seller. Clay is committed to assisting his clients through all the intricate steps of the process to assure a seamless and as trouble free transition as possible.
